Ka'Me Stir Fry Hokkien Noodles, 14.2oz

This was my first time trying these. I made them in the microwave because I was traveling and at a hotel. I used butter, salt and pepper. They are so yummy! The texture was perfect, not mushy. I don't enjoy cooking so finding these is great! I will keep them on hand. I can add veggies and protein if I choose but I truly enjoyed them as is.

if you're looking for take-away at home this scratches the itch and hits the spot. excellent for when you don't have the time to go out or make anything from scratch

Easy to use and very tasty. The noodles are a little pricey compared to let's say bagged ramen but these have a totally different texture and taste. For a more authentic asian-inspired meal they are wonderful.

12 oz. of small raw shrimp, peeled, deveined, tails off 2 CT package KA-ME All natural Hokkien Stir fry noodle 11 oz. Campbell's Skillet Sauces Shrimp Scampi 1. Open both packages of stir fry noodles and place in a bowl of hot tap water for 5 minutes to rinse oil off and soften up. Pour noodles in strainer and set aside. 2. Rinse shrimp, make sure they're cleaned good and place in strainer to get most of the water off. 3. Place butter in frying pan and heat on medium. 4. Place shrimp in frying pan and stir fry until color changes then add scampi sauce. 5. Heat thoroughly then add stir fry noodles. 6. Heat thoroughly and incorporating sauce with noodles and shrimp. 7. Once heated thoroughly, plate and enjoy!!!!! Yummy!!!

Love this package for a real quick meal without any mixed vegetables or stirfry vegetables in your own sauces no boiling macaroni. It's delicious.

I used these for a quick dinner while traveling and staying a hotel that only had a microwave. I think the suggested microwave heating time was a little too long, they seemed overcooked at this point. They came out as a big clump and it was not looking good. However when I started stirring them into a bowl with the vegetables and sauce, they loosened right up. The bag comes with two packets of noodles. Using both the packets and a frozen bag of vegetables, it was adequate for two servings. They were a tiny bit chewy but as mentioned it was likely due to the microwave heating time. For only serving two, the price was a little high but this is a convenience item and honestly much better than using ramen for the noodles part as they are thicker and sturdier. They don't come with any sauce packets so that has to be purchased separately. I would buy these again to try at home on a busy night and put them directly into the pan to cook instead of microwaving.

Ka Me noodles are great to have around. You can heat them up in microwave, then toss them in a pan, and put what you like with them. Ka Me has a whole line of precooked noodles. Use your imagination and go for it. You can do so much, not just asian style foods.

Definitely not what I wanted. I ordered 2 chow mien noodles, which are dried. I know substitutions are sometimes made but this item was stir fry noodles, , these weren't even dry!!! Very disappointed in this item.

I bought this once before even with the bad reviews. It was fine. This second time, upon opening the packages the noodles were yellow and smelled sour. Asked for a refund and they wanted me to return the packages to the store! They need to find another better brand to replace this item.
