L Cysteine
I like using this supplement, but I had a reaction from it. I had to stop using it. i believe that it helped me lower my cholesterol. It was 119 when last it was checked a week ago. I'll talk to my doctor. Possibly, it could be a reaction with one of my medications.

Taking a Shot
I've been reading about vitamins for healthy hair growth is the reason for my purchase. i haven't been taking it long enough to see results as yet.

It's a supplement so it's hard to say I see/feel a difference. I do think it is helping with the issue I was having though.
