I bought this product with the expectation that it would alleviate symptoms of schizoaffective disorder. While it does offer some relief for symptoms, its primary benefit seems to be in calming me down and assisting with sleep. The effects are not long-lasting, but it can provide relief during periods of heightened symptoms and stress. It's most effective when taken at night, when symptoms flare up such as due to stress, or in smaller doses throughout the day.

A standard bottle of pills, as you'd expect, but was much cheaper than other brands. Haven't had this long enough to decide if it's having an effect, so do your own research.
