I bought this for my Transitional Kindergarten and Kindergarten students. They absolutely love using the little mouse! It took some time for them to figure out how to properly connect the green square pieces. If not connected correctly, the platform sits crookedly. They are excited to create new paths to help the mouse get to the cheese. They do need some help with more complicated paths.

I like to buy educational yet fun toys for my niece and nephews. Gave it to five year old nephew- he loves it!!

The Code & Go™ Robot Mouse Activity Set is an adventure. It teaches kids real life skills. In order to get Colby the mouse to get the cheese they have to strategize, plan and follow the plan. You get 20 activity cards that help you build a maze. Then, you get Lil arrow cards that help the kids pre-plan and put their thinking caps on. The trial and error part is fun. The look on their faces when they plan and see their plan works. It's so easy to do and set up. It's a great family activity too. Both educational and fun. This activity set is the perfect amount of stimulation, thinking, and reward when the mouse gets the cheese. Bought the additional mouse so each boy would have his own to go with the set. Fast, free shipping from Walmart too. Arrived at their house in 3 days.

We were chosen to review the Code & Go robot maze, and I can honestly say it was a treat for everyone in my family! My kids not only got along while playing but it taught them so many things like color matching, problem solving and counting! Had we not been chosen to receive it, we would have definitely purchased this ourselves. Programming the robot mouse to find the cheese was an absolute blast and both my 7 and 9 year old were so excited watching it go and locate the cheese knowing they programmed it correctly!

We received the code and go free in exchange for a review. When it arrived we didn't get to immediately try it out, as I didn't have the right batteries! My 7 year old was beyond excited to begin playing win it (my 10 year old too!). I (and my children!), really enjoyed this product. The children enjoyed it for many reasons. They were able to begin my following the cards and getting the hang of the coding. Once they had the basics down, they set up the "track" really however they wanted! They were able to use their imagination as well as work through any problems that came up with getting the robot mouse to the cheese. They happily cheered when their coding was a success!!!!! I definitely recommend this product to others, as it is a learning toy, without the kids necessarily realizing they are learning. They learn coding, problem solving. It is a great product, and fun too!

My kids, ranging in ages from 10 to 4, LOVED it! They played with it for a long time and then ran to get the neghbor kids (age 8, 7 & 6) so they could show it off. I showed it to my sister who is a teacher and she wants one for her class. It was great for all the ages that played with it!

I had all different age groups at my son's house party . I had some age 7 and even one of each age of 12, 13, and age 15. the 15 year old as just going to help me out and as soon as she seen me tell the kids how to play she hopped right in and wanted to play right along. I myself was planing on just helping them understand and to get them started and I went right head and wanted to play and played all night with them as well, I would love to see this game played some how with two mice and made some how really have some mice . but even with this one mouse we had a blast i im a chatter box reviewer and I got this item for free and in return I will give a true and honest review, I did not in any way get paid for my review thanks

I received a free chat pack that included the Code and Go Robot Mouse Activity Set in order for me to give an honest opinion about the product. First, I have 3 boys ranging from 6-12 and they all took a turn playing with it! My 6 year old was the most excited when it arrived and was the first to try it out. There was a little bit of a learning curve but one we explained everything, he was off and running! The older boys came over to check it out when the youngest had put it aside. They knew what to do right away! I have to say that they boys have kind of put it aside and haven't used since the first few days in was in the house...however, it is summer and we are always on the run and outside so I think that is why it hasn't since much action since. I am actually looking forward to bringing the activity set to my 2nd grade classroom as well to supplement my science curriculum and would like to add to my review when I see it in action in the school setting as well.

not a good value for my money. poor quality plastic and not very engaging. child wasn't really interested in this. ultimately returned it and got something with more functions/features.
