This product has a good blend of active ingredients. In my first week I felt its affects with one caplet a day. DON'T OVER DO IT. I'm a little older and it has given me a good boost. If your younger, you just need its enhancement. To much and you will start to feel bad. This is a good blend. I like it
Hard to know until I've used it for awhile, but everything else adds up. Great value for the ingredients list. Smells fine. Tastes like a capsule.

I've taken many different testosterone supplements and I feel the effects of this one better than even the more expensive ones. I highly recommend you give this a try!
I exercise at least 4 times a week. After reaching a plateau where I no longer gained muscle or lost weight, I started trying various supplements, but suffered from severe insomnia with little effect, so I threw them away. Now I realize what was missing from my training and diet: testosterone! Now my mood has improved, and my training results have started to pick up.

Product seems to be working but slowly. Gelatin capsules are easier to swallow than most others and they don't get hung up in my throat either. Overall I would recommend giving them a try!
