Lodge 18" x 10" Carbon Steel Griddle, CRSGR18, grill

Bought to use on my oven double burner. Seasoned very well! I cook everything from eggs, to steak, to stir fry. Very well constructed, just use a little bit of nonstick cooking spray and it works like a charm! I clean it with salt. Watch some YouTube videos on cleaning cast iron with salt only. Maybe a little water. Works great and keeps it seasoned well. Would definitely buy again! The bottom of the pan actually measures 9 and 1/2 in and the top sides are 10 in apart.

bought this to pair with my Coleman Triton double burner camp stove. Fits perfectly. So far so good.

Love cast iron. States Carbon Steel...which it may be. However, it looks just like my lodge cast iron. Great for roasting veggies to baking rolls and cookies. Love It !!!!

Better than most not stick griddles but the price is higher, you have to know how to cook with this kind of metal

I love my griddle, my only issue with it is, its warped on the ends, the middle sit flat but the end don't, i have a gas stove, iv checked my burners and they are even. Putting things on the left hand side cooks unevenly. All in all its what ive been looking for,

i have an induction stovetop. the bottom/underside is not flat, so 1 the griddles rock left to right. 2 for an induction cooktop to work properly there should be solid contract between the pan and the cooktop, so with the bottom warped, that does not happen. the griddle DID get hot and cook food. it would be fine on a gas cooktop or an outside griill

Super unhappy with this purchase. I was so excited to get it yesterday. I made morning pancakes for my kids and on low temp it started smoking heavily! I cook a lot and have never had a pan smoke like this. Then when I washed it, it was stained. I don't understand how this could have happened on low heat?! I just wanted a griddle to make pancakes quicker, going back to my single serve pan. If I can return this, please let me know. Thanks!
