I have been suffering with a stiff neck and the sore shoulder with pain radiating down my arm. I ordered this, and it's just perfect. The heat just wrapped around the front of you and your back. It's perfect. I ordered one more. One for Work and one for home I love it .
very soft! unfortunately, i bought it for my sister that is on oxygen. this device can NOT be operated near any oxygen devices.
The MaxKare weighted heating pad works great! I ordered it to help with my neck and shoulder pain. It wraps snugly around my neck and closes with two snaps. I use it at level 1 for heat as that’s plenty hot enough. The neck piece has heating elements in the back only but overall it generates more than enough heat to be felt on the sides. I like that the cord unplugs from the unit so you do not have to take the whole heating pad off in the event you need to move.
Love at first sight! Warm and comforting, like a hug from Grandma. A little quirky color yet utterly unforgettable !
It gives the heat that I want. The good thing about this product is that it offers 9 heat intensities to choose from and a timer.
There's a few things I really like about this product. I really like the amount of settings you have to choose from as well as a timer setting. The snaps keep the device in place. Very user-friendly and easy to navigate
Good heating pad as it is in closed contact with the neck and shoulders. The other pad which one can buy from the drugstore does not fit with the neck and shoulders well. The lowest temperature selected is good enough to keep the neck and shoulders warm.
I have been ordering %26 returning neck heating pads for 2 weeks. Either they were too hot or just not suitable for one reason or another. This pad does not have a heated collar, but it is evenly weighted all over, not just a large bulky bead around the outer edge that is uncomfortable. The heat controls and levels are consistent and comfortable. The timer function works well. The fabric is very soft and feels nice against the skin. All in all , it's the best neck heating pad I've found.
It worked great for a couple of months then inconsistently heated up and cooled down randomly and then completely stopped working.
I really wanted this one to work out. In the beginning it was great. It got so hot on the highest setting I had to drop it down a level. It was fine on that setting for a day. In the next few days after I noticed on the same setting it would be too hot and then too cold, sometimes even though it was on it felt as if it was off. I would turn it back up and in 5 minuets I had to turn it down again. Then even after 5 minuets it would not get hot again, not even warm and yes it was on. Sadly I have to return it.
