I was very excited to try this one out. I've used a lot of Brands of different Spices, especially Rosemary, throughout the years. There was something different about this one. It's so flavorful and meshes well with the dishes I use Rosemary in. The Flavor is top-tier. I believe that this will be a permanent one in my Spice Rack. I highly recommend giving this a try.

When I received this McCormick Organic Rosemary from the brand to try, I was pleased to see that it was packaged in glass and not plastic, which is an upgrade in my opinion for shelf longevity. I used it on top of oven roasted potatoes and chicken and it imparted a great rosemary flavor with added dimension! When you can't always get your hands on fresh spices this is a great alternative and I look forward to continuing to cook with it further.

This review was in exchange for a free sample. I used the McCormick Gourmet Rosemary seasoning on a chicken dish. I cooked chicken, sweet potatoes and zucchini together in a casserole type dish. I used a generous amount of the Rosemary seasoning. My experience with Rosemary seasoning is that it has an overpowering taste but this seasoning did not. I didn't use any other seasoning with it because I wanted to get an accurate description of the taste. It was a hit. My husband also loved the dish and he is a self proclaimed picky eater. I plan to use it next on pork chops. This was an overall great flavorful tasty seasoning. I would recommend it.

Absolutely fragrant and delicious on eggs, in soups, and in marinades and dressings for my meats and salads. I love buying fresh rosemary but it gets expensive, and is typically browning / going bad before I can use it up. This jar contains more than several month's worth of whole, long leaves that taste even fresher preserved in the beautiful glass. Love the way it looks on my countertop - not a plastic eye sore.
