McCormick Original Country Gravy Mix, 2.64 oz Packet

I love making country fried steak at home in the McCormick brand is the only packet I feel like taste the best for making the gravy for the country fried chicken that I normally make I've tried a lot of different brands and they literally don't ever compare to this one this is my favorite and my go-to so I hope they never change the recipe to it

Who doesn't like gravy ? From mashed potatoes, to biscuits! Also, don't forget chicken fried steak! Delicious flavor! So very easy to prepare! 2 cups of cold water (don't forget to sprinkle a lil love in it!) in the pan on simmer and then the magic happens, it thickens when ready to a delicious gravy!

we keep this gravy mix for putting on mashed and boiled potatoes, chicken strips, chicked fried steak, sausage patties, biscuits. it also makes a good "sauce" to put on the crust for breakfast pizza...just top this gravy with scrambled eggs, bacon or ground sausage, crispy crown potatoes, shredded cheddar, and chopped onion before baking.

This gravy is absolutely great. It's no work to make it and it taste like better than homemade. It's just great. I use it a lot.

Soooo delicious! I add cooked and cut up chicken breakfast sausage to the gravy over biscuits. The McCormick sausage flavored country gravy is also very good if you can find it.

Overall, I would recommend this product for someone looking for a quick and very easy way to make country gravy. The flavor and texture is good and the instructions are super easy - just add water! I will say though that making homemade country gravy isn't all that hard, but this makes it even quicker and easier. We enjoyed this gravy over biscuits but it's also great for country fried steak or chicken, as shown on the packet.

This gravy was super easy to make, you just slowly add 2 cups of water in with the gravy packet bring to a boil and then simmer for a minute and turn it off. The gravy kept getting thicker as it cooled, so it was a great consistency. The gravy is great, but one of the packages had a hole in it and got all over part of my order.

Package mislabeled. Was Country PEPPER not regular country style and the black pepper was overwhelming!!!!
