I really like this MegaFood brand of supplements because they are made from real food. I like that they can be taken even on an empty stomach. You can't do that with synthetic supplements. In my estimation the tablets are medium size, oval shape and very easy to swallow. The taste is not bad at all like some others. I have not had any stomach problems when taking them without food. The only thing that I don't like is that the women's 55 One Daily does not have any iron. Older adults need iron as well, maybe not as much as younger women, but we still need iron. I fix that problem by purchasing their MegaFood Iron supplement.

My above title tells it all. I've been taking these for some years. They are high quality vitamins, but they are very expensive. I try to get them on sale like most of us, I assume. I've had to go from the largest size down to this size due to prices across the board.
