These have really helped my husbands knees and my shoulder. We have been taking these for way over a year. It may take a few weeks to "kick in" so be patient. This is the only one on the market that I found where you only have to take 2 pills a day and both at the same time of day. With that said, these pills are pretty big, so if you have trouble swallowing big pills you may need to look elsewhere. I know that what works for me may not work for you, but these are well worth the try. They work for us. I am a real customer, I got nothing at a discount rate or was paid in any way for this review. I am the real deal! Hope this helps.
The pills are way easier to swallow than traditional ones. They do not upset my stomach. I take one in the morning and then 2 at night usually, sometimes skipping. I felt I needed these because multivitimins never have enough calcium/magnesium in them, and as a 45 yr old woman in winter, I appreciated the added vit D and zinc as well. A little pricey, but I like these better than any other calcium supplements I have taken in the past.
Awesome price for the amount of vitamins.
It's been a month or so since I started taking this multi and I feel so much better already. I will continue these as they also don't upset my stomach as many other multi vitamins this complete have. I only wish I had invested in this sooner.
Great deal.
Thank you, Nature Made, for putting out USP grade OTCs with formulas that make sense. Why is it so hard to find high grade multi's with something as crucial as selenium?? Anyway, definitely felt a difference after the first week of returning to this. The fancy vegan multis I tried this year do not compare.
I take this product on a daily basis. If I miss my vitamins for a few days I really feel the difference.
Pro: NatureMade is the only vitamin brand I've seen that consistently has any external verification of what it contains (USP), and the nutrient profile is good. Con: The "Women's" multivitamin has a bit more folic acid and the calcium is bumped up from 12% to 19%, but you only get 90 pills for almost the same price as 130 of the non-gendered multivitamin. Unless you need 250% of folic acid rather than 100%, get the non-gendered multivitamin and save money.
I took the softgels for 2 months with no issues. I ordered the tablets by accident and for some reason every time I took them I got sick to my stomach. Could have been just me but I thought it was very odd.
Capsules are too large for me to swallow. Chopping them doesn't work.
