I have been taking these for a while now while I can't say with definitive proof that these vitamins help, they haven't hurt. I'm in my mid 30s had low vitamin D3 my Dr told me I should start taking a daily vitamin. I picked this one and have been taking it since. It works for me. It doesn't taste great but if you want it to then I suggest gummies

All in one
This supplement has basically all the vitamins that I was looking for, plus more that are healthy for women. No more need to take 10 different pills. Now one does it all. A huge capacity too so great value!

Great value for the money. Have only used for a week now so haven't been able to tell much of a difference.

I feel this is worth the money because it has all the vitamins you need and isn't ripping you off like most multivitamins brands. The only thing I don't like about this product is that the pill is huge!
