I do think these supplements have a positive benefit on the growth and health of my hair, and my nails feel very strong as well. I feel like I've noticed a huge difference in the thickness of my hair too. These softgels are easy to swallow, and didn't cause any side effects. I would purchase these again for myself for my overall health.

I have been taking this supplement for over two weeks now, and I have started to notice some changes in my nails and hair. The capsules are easy to swallow and do not have any aftertaste. I also have not experienced any side effects. I nails feel stronger and do not break as easily as before. My hair also feel little thicker. From wht I know, biotin usually takes about 2 to 3 months to show full results, so I plan to keep taking it and see how it works over time. The best part of these capsules are they aren't too big and thy don't have strong medicine smell.

But the size of these soft gel vitamins have been the best I’ve ever taken. Very easy to swallow and I’ve even been able to do it without water.
