Works great
I was considering getting 10mg melatonin but went with these instead. I've enjoyed the best nighttime sleep in a long time since I've started taking these. Timed release I think. Highly recommended 💤🛌

The 5mg melatonin from Nature's Bounty is easy to swallow in small gel cap, the results when taking the product are effective for better/consistent results, and the twin pack of 60 count bottles is a economical way to buy the product.

I like the improvement in my sleep. It has not been long enough to know if this is the product that will allow me a good night's sleep on a regular basis. I think it is. Will know in due time.

Im glad this helps others, but unfortunately it doesn't do anything for me. I can take over 4 pills, and it still doesn't do anything. I think I'm just so used to Diphenhydramine
