Slept good
Helps me sleep and works pretty fast. I like that because I never take it till I get in bed and then I realized I can't sleep so I take one and it knocks me out pretty quick. I don't have a problem getting up in the morning.

Not certified gluten free.
This product is listed as gluten free. The bottle does not say anything at all about being gluten free. Walmart constantly misrepresents items as being gluten free when it has wheat as an ingredient. I did not have a reaction, but I am very sensitive. I can confirm this item is not certified gluten free. It is really important to accurately represent allergy information to buyers. I will not buy this again due to product misrepresentation by Walmart.

Not potent
Does not work nearly as well as tincture. Feels like placebo effect and not much else. I tried them while liquid was on backorder and it was kind of a waist of $30.

well i weighed the pills cause i didnt beleive it was 1000 mg aka 1 gram and it was only .59 including the capsule so thats false advertisement. other than that they were ok
