TRUE TO FORM
More expensive than most supplements but well worth the cost. You can feel your energy changing for the better and it definitely aides in the nail and hair growth. You must take it for a few months to see the difference but once you do...WOW!! I noticed a boost in my energy in about two weeks!

This is the only brand of vitamins I use. the process doesnt happen overnight. give it about 30 to 45 days to see a difference. I had the gummies vs soft gel and there is no preference for me. they both work the same.
