Nespresso Vertuo Pop Coffee and Espresso Maker by Breville, Coconut White

I bought this as a gift for my in-laws and they love it! Downside is that there is less variety of the coffee pods and they have to order straight from Nespresso which is quite pricey but they do not mind since they have been able to up their game with coffee since getting the machine. I have been a Nespresso consumer for some years now and these new machines really do give you a really high quality cup of coffee, can't wait until more companies are able to sell pods that can be used for this type of machine.

This was my replacement for my expensive Nespresso machine I bought last year that died shortly after setting it up. So far this mini has managed to work better than my expensive Nespresso machine and Keurig machine combined. With myself with 2 teenagers and a college student in the house we are always using both Nespresso and Keurig machines.

Definitely a coffee snob. I love this machine because of the creama you get after brewing a pod. The selection of coffees available are head and shoulders above what is available for other machines. Fingers crossed I have not had any issues. Very pleased with the purchase, wish I'd have bought it years ago . Thank you Walmart and Nespresso

This appliance consistently produces high-quality coffee. Its compact design ensures it occupies minimal counter space. Cleaning is straightforward and efficient. We highly endorse this product.

The coffee quality and taste are excellent, and the machine is very easy to use and is relatively quiet. The only downside (for me specifically) is the value for money. You're limited to using Nespresso pods, which are more expensive and don't give you any flexibility. I ended up returning it because the ongoing cost wasn't worth it for me.

I had a Delonghi model machine previously. Though this is a smaller machine and more suitable for condo, I prefer the operation of the older machine. This one is very noisy, I don't like the lock lever, and for some reason coffee tastes different, even though same pods. Only problem with other machine was we couldn't get through the descaling process.

The machine works fine, but the cost of the coffee pods is OUTRAGEOUS!!! Almost $52 for 32 pods. Think about that...you're paying over $50 a month to drink one cup of coffee a day. I purchased this item as a gift for a retired person on a tight budget. I wish I'd done more research into the price of the pods before purchasing this item. Unless a more affordable option comes along soon for the pods, I can't recommend this machine to anyone who isn't independently wealthy.

This was delivered in a janky opened box (delivery picture supports). The whole box fell apart when I opened it, there was a dirty used Nespresso machine in it, inclusive of the used pod. It was not packaged securely and taped, the instruction books were loose and not bagged. The machine had visible water marks. I find it absolutely insane that an obviously used and dirty machine was put back on the shelves after a return. Gross, Disgusting, snd Disturbing.

Unfortunately, this item leaked profusely, all over my countertop . S/w customer service Eddy, he said that I did not have to return it as I had thrown the box away. The leaking started after 10 or so days. I left him a great review as he was very helpful to me. Little did I know he scammed me. Never documented the refund or conversation. I received an email from Walmart saying that I had to return the item. I no longer have it as I threw it away. My loss. Back to my French press.

Not its full value the serial number is showing as invalid so it makes me wonder about the validity of the warranty and the fact that I can't claim the pods which should be part of the value. The machine has already showed error codes and it's my second machine.
