This Turned out to be one of the best investments I've ever made in an orthotic, support, or brace I have purchased For both myself and my husband. We are both lifetime athletes that time has caught up with! He recently underwent bilateral shoulder reversal replacements, and I underwent bilateral knee replacements. He has obtained incredible relief with this unit, and I purchased two of them so he has one for each shoulder. I was also able to modify the fate of this to attach it to each of my knees, so it served as both a support and cooling device for shoulders and knees. shipping was excellent,its very easy to put on and Very comfortable,for the price its good.I do like it comes with a plastic bag. I put it in the bag and into the freezer.I use it 1/2 hour 3 times a day.I do put it back in the freezer when i am not using it

My husband hates to ice any injury. He has a rotator cuff tear and surgery scheduled. I was tired of ice packs slipping off and his excuses not to ice because it was inconvenient. This works amazing. It stays in place and stays cold for a good amount of time. I bought extra packs so there's never an excuse not to ice as there is always at least one pack in a frozen state. This model can be used for heat or cold but we already have a hot pad so we plan to keep this as a dedicated cold pack. It's easily adjustable and comfortable. And do far no complaints from the complainer lol. The price is quite reasonable and it's well made. I'd definitely recommend it

This was absolutely perfect for what I needed. I just had shoulder surgery. This was a huge help! I would recommend this to anybody with shoulder pain!!

It supplies the support my shoulder needs but having just had surgery I don't have the necessary movement to be able to put it on by myself. Consequently, I'm not able to wear it as often as I would too.

The item is not sized for an adult and requires a helper to use. Do not buy for shoulder or upper arm surgery recovery.

I couldn't tolerate the constant contact with the ice pack. I had rotator cuff surgery and this seemed like a great alternative to needing to hold an ice pack on the shoulder but it's too cumbersome to easily remove the pack when needed and then put it back. Any PT or nurse will recommend applying for 10-20 minutes and removing for-10 minutes to avoid tissue damage or frostbite. I am more sensitive to cold so could only tolerate for about 5 minutes before I had to take the whole contraption and haven't used it since. I should have known better that this was a problem. Very disappointed because I have moderate pain even over two weeks! I can't sleep or lay flat. Other related issues are making life miserable.

Fedex came to apartment building and took a blurry picture of a door to one of the buildings. Cant tell if it was at my door because I couldn't see the number. I never got my package Because I think it got dropped at wrong door. I never get anything taken.
