Norpro Grip Ez Fluted and flat wheel cutter
I knew I'd be crazy over this cutter. Just hard to fit everything in a budget but I finally did it. I love it. Buy one. It's a durable good. I promise.

i make patties and this was perfect for cutting and sealing the patties and when they are baked they never burst in the oven after using this tool
