Cod For A Healthier Bod
Cod liver oil is probably the best Omega 3 fish oil well in my opinion but I know it will raise energy levels and health if 3 tablespoons a day are taken.

Assuming that it works and better that it comes from the Norway area. two of those and magnesium actually takes away nerve pain in my hands. if I run out it comes back.

Doctor suggested, highly recommended
My doctor suggested I start taking this for my IBS and so far so good. Along with a good diet and adding these it seems to be working.
