Beta-alanine boosts carnosine
Four weeks of consuming 4-6 grams of beta-alanine daily significantly increases muscle carnosine levels. Beta-alanine supplements appear to be safe. Tingling is the only reported side effect. Daily supplementation with 4-6 grams of beta-alanine improves high-intensity exercise performance in events lasting 1-4 minutes. Daily supplementation with beta-alanine may reduce the impact of neuromuscular fatigue in older subjects.

Now Beta Alanine: A Great Nutritional Supplement
Now Beta alanine is a great nutritional supplement. Now Beta Alanine helps reduce fatigue and exhaustion for me in my opinion because I have multiple sclerosis.. It as also helps give me energy and build muscle assisting me with my daily workouts. I will continue to use Now Beta alanine for the duration of my life and recommend it to anyone for nutritional benefits and fitness and wellness health.

Not its ordinary use, but...
I use this to manage my aquagenic pruritus and it's been a lifesaver. I didn't think it would be possible to take a shower without pain, but this product helps more than I could have hoped. I'm so grateful to have found it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like to take these beta-alanine capsules as a "pre workout" before I head to the gym. I feel a boost of energy, and am able to complete my workout without feeling a crash of fatigue halfway through. The ingredients feel clean and don't irritate my skin like some other pre workout ingredients!

I've tried this before with no noticeable difference. I had read articles recently boasting of benefits. I figured I'd give it another try. I'm unsure of any noticeable benefits.
