This is my wifes go-to flour. She recently started baking, and we both love the texture, and consistency of the flour. It is cheaper than other brands, and everything she has made has came out great! We highly recommend! We also like that yhe bag is resealable. If you are doubting in purchasing this, don't, it's a great and tasty buy.

I loved that the oat flour made my gluten free bread able to cut into slices instead of crumble when I subbed it for part of the all purpose gluten free flour.

if you are looking for a gluten-free product, this is your best almond flour. I also mix it two to one with oat flour in. It helps lighten the oat flour and rise better.

Gluten cookies and pancakes turn out great

I bought this flour to increase the amount of beta glucan in the bread I make. I have recently begun to incorporate meal into my diet and wanted some of the Beta Glucan to be incorporated into the White Sourdough that I make. The dough behaves differently with the combination Oat flour. It doesn't rise as much as the White flour or the Wheat flour alone. The bread also does brown more with the same oven settings and time. I only substituted 25% of the wheat or white flour with the Oat Flour mix and will continue to do so. I will increase the amount of the sourdough starter by about 10-20% for the next batch. I do believe the flour is performing as expected. I don't know that I have been able to tell the difference about the taste of the sourdough, maybe a little less sour? I do believe that using this flour is a worthwhile proposition.
