Really good stuff need few more for my family

I'm really enjoying my new toaster. I love the fact that the levers are on the corners and not out front which helps take up less space on your counter. I also love the digital display. It works very well and it's very easy to read. And clean up this toaster is quite easy and simple. I would recommend it to anyone.

Love the touchscreen! Was afraid that it wouldn't illuminate much after reading other reviews, but I don't find any problem with it. Made toast for a group of 8 the other morning and they were perfect, didn't take long either. Shipping was very fast as well!

I love this toaster. I found my setting very quickly thanks to the picture in the ad. It was exactly as shown. I really hope it lasts and works this well for a long time.

Toasts really evenly but it is unfortunate to have dim back lighting . Very difficult to see settings during daylight.

Toaster works great, but hard to get clean. They should have put in bigger trays or a "trap door" so that it was easier to clean. Works well, but bad cleaning design.

Just received our new toaster today. Oster OTST-DGTSSS4S. We ordered this touchscreen product and was not happy with the display brightness. After reviewing information on the Oster website and reading the manual, we found no way to increase the brightness level. While we liked the idea of the touchscreen, we are surprised the lack of ability to adjust the screens brightness. Most products have the ability to set screen brightness. We will need to return this product since we cannot easily use the control panel.

Toaster delivered to wrong address. Followed instructions to contact seller. Sent three emails over past week, and have not heard back from them - determined that this is not a concern for providing good customer service. $77 down the drain.
