I was delighted to come home and find my order outside my front door. The message I received earlier today stated that this order was going to be delivered at 4 today by FedEx. I was extremely thankful that it was still here. We arrived home approximately 20-30 minutes after it was delivered. Thank you.

I love Pamela's products. The bulk bag is the best buy and can make a- z gf goods with it including pancakes, muffins, cakes, cookies etc. I do air seal in half gallon mason jars so it stays fresh. Prices are not going down anytime soon if ever.

BEST GLUTEN FREE FLOUR!
This is the best gluten free flour substitute, works exactly like real flour, with almost no difference in taste. The only difference is a slightly "floury" mouth-feel when used for pie crust. This product works great, tastes great and I will now be using it for all items that I have to cook or bake for anyone with celiac or gluten intolerance! (And I am also partial to the name as I am also a "Pamela".)

Best GF flour ever!
Pamela's All-Purpose Flour is my choice for baking. Actually, Pamela's brand is the only flour I ever buy anymore. It bakes well and I have been finding a variety of recipes to try for quick breads. The texture is perfect in my baked goods... not gummy or heavy, but fluffy and light.
