grain is large compared to other brands and very clean. Lower in carbs and sugar per 1/4 cup and higher in fiber.

This actually is "Food to Live."
This is the healthy, non-GMO barley that I could not find in US supermarkets. The convenient size, affordable price, and resealable packaging provide a great value.

Fast delivery - Great Taste
The barley is high quality and is delicious. It takes on the taste of whatever you cook it with. The high fiber and vitamin content helps you feel like you are eating food that is good for you. Walmart delivered it quickly.

I have a beef barley soup recipe that requires the barley to be browned in oil slightly before being cooked . Workers great .

Good for my mice.
arrived quick. I got this for my pet mice's homemade variety mix. Nothing is left behind except for some amaranth seeds--the girls love this. the size and price was unbeatable.

I didn't imagine the package would be so SMALL for $10, I should have paid more attention to the weight. Money would have been better spent on another grain,
