Platinum Superior Baking Yeast Strip of 3

I am known for my baking (I even have my own cookbook) and recently tried a new yeast, Red Star Platinum. I love this yeast and will from now on use it exclusively. It was fast and easy to use, and the finished bread didn't have a "yeasty" taste. My family told me that the dinner rolls made with Red Star were the best rolls that I've made. When my daughter asked if I had used a new recipe, and I told her no, I used a new yeast, Red Star.

I use this for a family recipe, a Holiday bread, and the rise and the texture of the dough were superb. I've mailed packages to family and friends with hints. Highly recommend this product. It is perfectly named, Platinum yeast.

This yeast is the best. I have used many different yeasts, but this platinum has dough enhancers and it does make a difference. Truly the best.

If you're using instant yeast in a recipe this should be your first choice. It creates a quicker rise in your dough and never fails.

I use this product for yeast waffles to thin pizza crust with consistently good results. This has been my long time favorite that has become quite difficult to locate. I'm glad l was able to order it through Walmart!

Took a long time to get the product from the distributor.

I ordered six packs not to my knowledge that they were good through October 20 25. I never use yeast in the month of their expire so I had to return it. I do not recommend nobody buying from this guy girl organization.

Walmart sent me nine packages of yeast all with an expiration date of October 2025 I ordered it in September. Check your dates before you ship out
