POPSUGAR No-Roll Fabric Hip Bands Set, Light & Medium Resistance, Blue/Coral

I've incorporated bands into my workouts for a LONG time. I've never really found a good sturdy set until I found these. The bonus is that there are two sets so you can have a variety of resistances. After a month of these bad boys, my butt and thighs are as toned as they've ever been!

I work from home, and these offer just the right resistance. I can use these while on a conference call, and they give me the added boost that I need for a workout while working. They make no noise, unlike my last set. I can use these and no one is the wiser.

i liked the colors and the quality of the bands. thick, but stretchable. easy and fun to use. i especially like that they included an exercise guide in the box too. (see pic)

Bought these to help with excesses after having lower back surgery. I'm doing well so I'm only allowed one 30 minute PT session per week and I'm ready to be back to normal. I've only used the light one as that's all I'm allowed, but it definitely helps.

I am really enjoying these hip bands. There are two bands the orange pink color band is a light resistance band and very easy to use. This is the one that I started off with. You can really determine yourself how much you want to stretch by using the bands then I progressed to the medium level of resistance, which is the green band, and again it works really well and you don't strain your self. You are in control. It comes with a handy little exercise sheet with four different exercises that you could use and then of course you can come up with your own

These are so great! They come in two super cute colors and seem to be very good quality. The bands come in two different resistants and are sized accordingly. They are a really great addition to any workout. They are not like the elastic ones in that you can use for your arms too. These are definitely good for leg workouts though.

This product was SUBSTITUTED for the one I ordered. Big surprise. 2 bands instead of 3, and MORE expensive. This substituted set has light and medium resistance but lacks a heavy resistance band. The bands are still LATEX FREE, which was my most important criteria. The quality of these two bands seems very good. The colors are nice and comparable to the colors of my original selection (minus one color, of course). The width feels perfect: Not too narrow to cut into your body, and not too wide where edges might start to roll. I am a novice with resistance bands but not to exercise. I wanted something I could do at home and bands seemed a great choice. I am getting ready for a total hip replacement in a few months and added bands to my water aerobics and exercise machine work at the YMCA. I haven't used the light band, but it would be good for someone new to exercise or someone who has not has a consistent exercise program. I started with the Medium resistance and, at some point, will want a heavier band. For a heavier resistance AND greater variety of exercises I will probably opt for non-latex TUBE bands .

These are great quality! They do not roll and they stay in place while using them. They are awesome!
