I tried a roller like this one at the gym and wanted one of my own. This one is of excellent quality. I wanted it most for my back and it has lived up to its expectation. I purchased the 36" roller to allow me plenty of room to hold on to the ends while rolling out my back. It is great for rolling out sore muscles.

I bought this for my sister and her boyfriend as they both have back issues and it made the perfect inexpensive Christmas gift. I have one myself and has been a great substitute for the chiropractor and has saved me lots of $$$. It works great, is convenient and light to move around. I do recommend purchasing a book that shows you all the differents stretches and exercised you can doi with it.

I recently had a really bad hamstring in my leg, and my trainer at the gym that I go to had me roll-out my leg on a Foam Roller. Within days I was feeling so much better from the hamstring. The pain in my leg was so bad that I could hardly walk & I thought that I needed to see a specialist, but after using the foam roller on my leg I realized that this was the best product on the market for stretching & getting out the knots. The price for this item was reasonable & it was delivered right away.

A hard roller with a smooth surface and just the right amount of give. I use it everyday to relieve my siatica symptoms. The 36" length allows me to sit on it and roll from one hip to the other to stretch the piriformus muscle.

This roll is nice and firm to help get the kinks out of your muscles. However, it is very slippery and you have a hard time keeping it from slipping from under you. I use one similar at the gym and it does not slip like this one.

I found this high density foam roller to be a bit too firm for my needs. While it's clearly well-made and durable, the hardness made it uncomfortable for me to use, especially on more sensitive areas. It might be a great choice for those who prefer deep tissue pressure, but personally, I was looking for something with a bit more give.

When I ordered this seeing "foam roller," I thought it might have some give to it while still retaining its core shape. I was wrong. This thing is rock hard. I could use it as a load-bearing part of a house it's so hard. Not what I was expecting.

This was labeled as 12 inches and it was only 6 and was really soft. I have this brand in 12 inches and it was previously good and very hard but what they are marketing as 12 inches was only 6.

The purple is just the 12" size and there is no option to buy a 24" or 36" in it. Additionally the other colors also do not specify which length they're coming in.
