Pure Encapsulations is a high quality brand and highly recommend their lineup of supplements. And Wal-Mart shipping is 1st class smoking Amazon in customer service and shipping speed. I switched from Amazon to Wal-Mart because of that. Thank you Wal-Mart for the great service.
It does not perform a miracle, but it does help with restless leg syndrome.
I've never used magnesium before, due to leg cramps I need it. I have used the brand ‘Pure' before and trust it. 👍🏻👍🏻
Very good value. Great for those who take nightly. I take 3 pills each night, so 180 is a much better value than the normal 90 pill bottle I normally buy. I can definitely tell a difference in sleep quality when I run out of Magnesium.
I have been using Pure Encapsulations products for several years. And all of the Magnesium products are excellent.
it's actually in their name pure. every supplement on the market is only as good as the sourcing of the ingredients so supplements seeking lower price advantage put crap in the capsules (not literally). look at the company and look at the way they process and produce. add to that the reasonable price for an exceptional product and you've got a winner.
This is a quality product from a reputable company. The Walmart service was excellent
Magnesium citrate is being marketed as ideal for sleep and muscle relaxation, but this form is known more for its laxative effects and not the most bioavailable form for muscle function. Magnesium glycinate would be a better fit for these claims.
These are HUGE and tend to crumble in my pill holder. Thought I would choke when one came apart in my throat while swallowing! Horrible product.
I ordered mag citrate but received mag glycinate
