Fan of Green Tea Supplement
I believe in the research I've read about the benefits of green tea, but, frankly, am not a fan of the taste. These capsules are the perfect solution and I have been very pleased with them as a substitute to a cup of tea. I will continue to purchase this item!

My husband and I take green tea as it is supposed to be very healthy. I am so much more impressed with Puritan's Pride because they are so much cleaner than any other brand I have found. The capsules are just covered in powdery (I assume green tea)that your hands are covered jut pouring them out.

Best brand that I have been able to find.
In my opinion, you should feel better after taking a product. This is the only one that I can find that's twice per day and feels like you have taken green tea. I prefer a capsule to drinking it.
