this is my first purchase of a bulgur product in a very long time. I wanted to increase the amount of fiber and protein in my breakfast. I ordered the course after what I read on line and it works very well as a hot or cold cereal by itself or mixed with another cereal like oats or raisin bran. I also wanted it to replace my grits with my eggs but it's a little to course but still doable. I believe I'll order some fine bulgur for my grit replacement. it also works well mixed with salads and other foods to get extra fiber and protein. it also has a reasonable price but the wheat is a product of India and I'm not sure if it's processed into bulgur in the U.S. or not which is the only down side for me.

Great for making tabouli, kibbeh, and ither Middle Eastern dishes. Date was good. Very fresh!

The coarse bulgur from this brand is better than the fine, but there is something off about my water to bulgur ratios with this bulgur which makes the texture off compared to other brands of bulgur I have tried. I thought it was operator error the first time, but I have had the same issue a couple of other times while trying to cook this bulgur.

Shipped on time, in good condition, packaging was good. We were concerned about the product because the previous time we ordered a similar item (bulgur %231) it was not really what we wanted. But this time the product matched our expectations 100%.

I like the bulgur and walmart for the source. Just had to order twice to get the delivery address correct as wouldn't accept the address edit. Thanks look forward to it being delivered 8/4 to my home.

This bulgur is too fine for tabouli. It makes marvelous hot cereal so it won't go to waste. Packaging was quite good and it arrived quickly with no issues. I just would not characterize this as coarse ground or suitable for tabouli.

Vacuum seal was good, but wheat was rancid. Threw it out
