This ab mat is too thick and too hard for me to comfortably use. it appears to be well made and of good quality.

This Reebok Ab Mat Core Trainer is unnecessary in my opinion. It's just another thing to clutter my house. It does have sufficient cushion and is strong enough. It has a hard styrofoam inside cushioned with memory foam and wrapped in a zippered pleather.
