This mat feels solid and firm for working on your abs. It’s not TOO stiff, however - basically just the right amount of support vs. cushion! I’ve used it about 3-4 times and it’s holding up perfectly, like I expected from this brand anyway. It helps me with lower back pain when I need to do sit-ups. The sizing is perfect for me - I’m about 5’8” and a size Medium/large right now for reference. I’m on a weightloss journey and this has been good motivation to have to get back into core work again! It’s not exactly my favorite but having a good new piece of gear certainly helps!

The Reebok Ab Mat makes it so much easier on your back to work out your abs. It's always been so hard for me to lay flat on my back to do sit ups, but now I am comfortably do it without hurting my back! The ab mat is great quality, no chemical smell, soft yet firm. I recommend this product.
