I've started feeding my sourdough starter with this and it is amazing! My starter is over 3 years old but it is much more active now than it has ever been. I make my bread as usual (with AP flour or WW) but it is so much better than it was before. The flavor was a little different but we are all loving it so far! (The last picture shows a previous batch of bread without the rye flour but the latest batches have been pretty close to perfect!) I have started to keep a separate starter that I feed with AP/WW for sweeter doughs because it was throwing the flavors off a little but it has worked well for bread, crackers, and English muffins. I will definitely be purchasing this again!
