Literally better than the cordless Dyson v8 stick that we had. Yes the battery does not last long if you are using max suction, but on the normal suction setting you can easily get 25 minutes out of this thing before it needs a charge. I highly recommend this cordless stick for simple vacuuming around the house!
I just received this 2 days ago and so far it works amazing, I also went on Samsung and registered the vacuum. But for future reference what else will I need if this gives me any issues with in a year cause I have seen reviews that said without proof of purchase Samsung was not much help, what kind of proof of purchase do I need to get, thanks in advance
This Samsung is our second one and we are extremely satisfied with the ease of use and quality. It picks up everything on our tile floors and sofas. Definitely recommend this to anyone who has alot of cats inside the house. Also, the cost of this vacuum is very reasonable.
i love this vacuum. Greab suction, a large container that's easy to dump out the dirt, and its light weight. Also, I love that I can even use it for my car.
I was skeptical about this after reading reviews but I couldn't be happier with it! It's very light and easy to maneuver. It picks up as much dog hair and dirt as my huge Dyson. I'm really impressed with this and if you're looking for a battery operated stick vacuum, get this one. I knew the Samsung name wouldn't disappoint. I love that you can easily remove the brush and clean it and the versatility of this machine is endless. Again, I cannot believe how light it is. I will no longer be hauling out the big heavy vacuum!
Great vacuum with impressive suction power! It's perfect for deep cleaning and handles tough messes with ease. However, it doesn't come with many attachments, so it's best suited for basic cleaning needs. If power is your priority over versatility, this is a solid choice. Charging is a breeze. Performs very well on hard floors and carpet. Assembly was quick and easy!
We have had this vacuum just under a year. We have loved it. With 3 cats and a toddler, we have to clean the floors multiple times a day. This made it easy to do. However, it just suddenly stopped working. The battery shows it's fully charged but it will not come on. It comes with a 12-month manufacturer warranty, but Samsung is refusing to accept the Walmart email confirmation of the order and/or the purchase history info through the Walmart app as my proof of purchase. So while it was a great device while it lasted, Samsung isn't easy to work with should you need the manufacturer warranty so we will not be replacing it with a Samsung device.
I love Samsung and all of the products they make. Was super excited for this vacuum but battery only lasted max 11 minutes so I'm going to have to return it. I can only get 1 room done max.
I bought this vacuum just 8 months ago and the battery already started failing. I even purchased Allstate protection, but they told me since it's under a year I have to go through the manufacturer. When I contacted Samsung, they said the battery is considered a "separately sold accessory" and isn't covered under the main 1-year warranty, so I have to pay full price for a new one. I'm beyond disappointed, not only did the battery die in less than a year, but Samsung completely refuses to take any responsibility. Terrible product and even worse service.
After 8 months, would not run. Samsung would not accept Walmart's confirmation email or the print out from purchase history > view details for proof of purchase for the warranty. Samsung escalated it internally. Spent hours on chat with Walmart reps and then a manager and they repeated those same two options over and over. If they wanted customers to be able to apply the warranty, you would think they would communicate for the format of the Walmart receipt to satisfy Samsung's criteria for the proof of purchase.
