I have used multiple sleeping gummy's for my son and tired lots of brands and most of the others he didn't like taste or I had to give him more than one to work which cost more money in long run. But these one and done

For Adults Too
Good price. Tastes great. Follows guidelines lines to decrease the amount of melatonin you take. I use this as an adult because it has a safer amount of melatonin at only 1 mg and it still helps me sleep.

Value lacking
My son doesn't like the flavor, but the rest of us don't mind it. I feel like the value isn't 5/5. I bought because of the Walmart cash back, but without it, it this brand is higher than others.
