Spring Valley Fast Dissolve Zinc with Vitamin C, Chewable Tablets, Orange, 150 Count

Boy is it tart! Its enough to make you pucker. BUT when 2 of my family members got sick, the only 2 who were taking this daily didn't get it, which is awesome because we usually all get taken down together. My kids hate the taste, but I struggle through. Its a small price to pay for not barfing or wheezing for a week, ya know?

Zinc Chewable Citrus Orange tablets taste great and work well. We like to combine these chewable zinc tablets with our chewable vitamin C tablets, especially during flu season and when dealing with other respiratory illnesses like RSV. This approach really helped us feel better faster during our COVID-19 infections, too. I highly recommend giving it a try!

Quicker to get them into your system because they are chewable and dissolve fast! Very convenient especially for those that can't swallow pills! Orange taste is good too! Zinc and vitamin C all in one to help you stay healthy!

I use these combined with vitamin D to prevent respiratory illness. For the 2 years I've been using, I only ever had one flu. I have to take before eating or else I get an upset stomach. These dissolve in the mouth and are similar to the sour candies kids like. If you let them dissolve all the way until the end, they're pleasant; but if you chew them, they are quite sour. I enjoy them myself.

Taste is pretty bad. Only complaint. It doesn't linger long though if you drink water afterwards.

These are huge pills and are NOT smooth coated to glide down. Be careful not to choke on one and drink plenty of fluids to wash it down. Taken at the very onset of a cold can either stop it from progressing or eliminate it.

When I went to open the Spring Valley zinc to take one, there was no plastic protection seal and the paper seal under the cap was already opened.
