I tried this product because I had a No Chip Manicure go wrong and pretty much ruined my nails, so I was hoping something would help restore them. It has taken a little time, but I really think this product has helped. And my hair is definitely thicker - my stylist mentioned it the other day. So, I'm going to keep using it.

This is the best supplement that I have found for helping your hair, skin and Nails. I have to take supplements to help with hair loss and weak nails due to cancer meds. This is the only one that worked and it has the most vitamins to help with healthy hair, skin, and nails. I highly recommend this to anyone who has weak or fragile nails, hair loss or unhealthy hair and it seems to help your skin regenerate and heal.

I can't rate it for nails or skin, as I have not notice any apparent changes (have been using it for 7 months). However, it has greatly helped grow my hair back, I had been suffering from hair loss from stress, the growth of new hair is constant and visible.

I have been taking these vitamins now for little over a month. While I don't see a big difference in my hair, my skin and nails look wonderful. I suffer from adult acne and I have only had one break out since starting them. I also noticed some of the hyper pigmentation left behind by the acne is also clearing.

Using the name- brand "Hair, Skin and Nails" is almost twice the cost. I use these, my husband uses them, and we see the difference. Even in our old age!

i have tried many different hair and nail pills and i like this the best so far. The pills are small and easy to take. I have only been taking them for a couple weeks but my hair is growing. and we will see how it goes with the nails.
