Spring Valley Hormone Balance Myo-Inositol Tablets, Dietary Supplement, 120 Count

Just started taking these, hoping they will help. But I have to warn that they are huge pills, and you're suppose to take 2. Other than that they are fine and I'm hoping to see results by the time I finish the bottle.

I don't know if it's just the vitamin or the actual product or brand, but this vitamin is a little hard on your stomach.

I recommend starting with one pill to see how your body reacts. I took two and got an instant head buzz that lasted for hours. Once my body was used to it I took recommended two pills twice a day. I definitely noticed a difference I'm almost immediately.

Definitely works if you suffer from Pcos and if you want better ovarian health. Stops excess androgens and works amazing!

I have PCOS and started taking these every morning and they have helped with both regulating my cycles and increasing my energy. The only bad thing is the pills are huge, if you don't like swallowing pills you may want a different option.

For me, these are way too big. I had no idea how large they were and initiated a return. Not only are they quite long, but they are too wide for me as well. They don't appear to be coated at all. All of that means there's no way I could get these down on most days. I have low-level nausea fairly often with my IBS and other stomach issues. If you have trouble swallowing or gagging issues, I wouldn't recommend these. Otherwise, though, I can't speak to their value or effect.

For starters the pills are extremely to swallow(very huge). They works fine at first but once you miss a day or 3 then starts taking them your body breaks out into hives. I know it's different for everyone. I would not recommend this product.
