Helps a lot, taste fresh
Really improves my mood to a more sunny disposition. The Spring Valley also smelled and tasted fresh (some herbal supplements seem like they've been sitting around the warehouse for years). I like to take it in the morning. It's mild on my stomach, I don't even have to eat breakfast first. Would definitely recommend this.
