Spring Valley makes good products
I remember some years ago when "Consumer Reports" (or Consumer Labs) gave Spring Valley a high rating. I've been buying Spring Valley products ever since. This is a good product. I take one table twice a day, and I haven't had a cold in over 5 or 6 years - and before that, I used to get colds quite frequently. Remember to always buy Vitamin C with rose hips. More effective that way. I believe Spring Valley produces good products, although there seems to be some controversy regarding Spring Valley herbal products; however, my wife and I take the herbal product, Echinacea, when we feel a cold coming on. Subsequently, we never get sick. We really recommend Spring Valley -- based on our own personal experience.
