I believe the service is great! It's cheaper than ATT and you get more for less money. We have been watching videos almost all day , every day for a couple weeks now and have only used 59 gb of the 100

Always coming back!
Super easy and have been using this company for over 10 years! They also have a reward system that allows you to earn points to get money to take off your purchases over time! And it's not one of those reward systems that take forever for you to get something free! 10/10 recommend!!!

Refill SUCCESS for HOTSPOT! !! it's taken me a year to figure out an easy way to refill my hotspot. HERE 'S the trick guys. The hotspot sucks up fast, so the key is to watch your gigabytes.Do Not let it run up to 100 gb. run it up to 98 /99gb then purchase a refill 50. dollars. Go to your straight, talk app and refill.By adding that pin number from the card you purchased. Then in just literally a few minutes.Your hotspot is refilled. BUT unfortunately, if you let your hotspot run Out. Unfortunately, that's when you have to Call straight.Talk to have them turn it back on again.Which yes , it is a pain in the butt. I've had to do it many times. But I finally tried just purchasing a hotspot card on my walmart app. Then I go straight to my app and refill it. SO EASY!!! Thank you A very satisfied customer.

Terrible customer service for Hot Spot
When I try to go to the Straight Talk Hot Spot, I just get the run around. All they want to do is ask for my Straight Talk phone number. I DO NOT HAVE A STRAIGHT TALK PHONE! I just want to check the status of my Hot Spot account. The Website should have a link to go directly to Hot Spot! The only thing they have is to buy it. I already have it, I just want to check my account. So frustrating!!!!!

Gigs expire! Money wasted!
I don't like that I have to use my Gigs by a certain time. I feel like if I paid for them, they should be available when I need them. I don't think I should have to buy a new card every month.

just to inform %23errbody = every body that if you end up purchasing the wrong card only one time the phone company will fix the problem by re purchase ing your previous order and set it just as before and please note these %23CHELONGOS understand everything and no there not just kidding only on the Joseph Rees show please stand by!

$100 paperweight that has service but no credits
Moxee and card in active when received in digital email. Activated moxee per included written instructions. Box shows it has 4G service, but the $50 card hasn't been loaded. It's currently been two days of phone calls and live chats with everything from shut off and turn it on, turn it off and leave it off for 30 minutes so they can reset the SIM, to “someone will call you back in 15-30 minutes to offer additional assistance.” So far, this is a complete waste of time and money. If the system and customer service was better, I think the actual service would be worth it. It is worth zero when it's a $100 paperweight.

Never arrived after spending 2 hrs in chat and another hour on the phone no ome can issue me a refund despite it not being used. They cant give me the numbers to redeem it they repeatedly tried to send it again to no avail even though my receipt was emailed just fine they kept sending me to talk to straight talk and then my bank neither of which could do anything as it was an issue on Walmarts end....absolute waste of time effort and $ do not order digital products from walmart

I am very upset with this company because I did not receive my order that I had placed with you guys and here I am just sitting and waiting like an idiot waiting for something that never showed up and so I would definitely appreciate it if you guys finally figured something out about my order please

This thing has only one job. I don't understand how or why it unable to do it. I live ten mins from downtown dallas and can hardly get 2 bars . Devices have had no issues connecting but you lose interest or get so frustrated waiting g for pages to load - if they lost you might as well not even have it . I paid $100 for my current headache . (50device/50service)
