My 4 year old was recommended to take iron supplements and we moved from a chewable one he liked to this one he also likes, perhaps even more. He somewhat surprisingly likes how it dissolves under the tongue. My doctor has recommended this brand before, so I trust it. He just had blood work done and his iron levels are now normal.

This has helped my grandson immensely. He no longer suffers from the side effects of low iron and it is a perfect dosage.

Not the greatest tasting but my 5 y/o will take them easily and it has helped her restless legs at night time.

My doctor prescribed 5 mg iron so this fit the bill. I like that they are small and they dissolve under your tongue. I do not like the lid for these. It is hard to get back on straight.

I have used this supplement in the past. I would recommend it for adults, but not for children, due to its bitter taste. Adults can simply swallow it whole with water because it is a small pill.
