Swanson Resveratrol 100 mg 30 Capsules

I like this product a lot! I've been using it for a while now and can feel the difference when I do not take it, my body is sluggish and feel tired. My cardio workouts are more durable too.

I am a carpenter and am 45 years old. I am counted on at work to set the pace and since I work with a bunch of young guys, I need that extra help to have that kind of edge. This product has really done the trick.I also have noticed the lines around my eyes dissappearing and I am just finishing my first bottle. Not bad!Another thing, I always had difficulties sleeping but this seems to have changed that too. I have actually been sleeping in a few times.I was buying this same product from another place for $90 a month and saw no results after 6 months. It made me scepticle to try Swansons so for a few months I didn't but now I am glad I did.Anyone who wants their youth, energy, and health should give this a try.

Doctor suggested it for memory; but it's not helping.

My husband and I both felt really tired all the time when we were taking this... which is exactly the opposite of what this is supposed to do, right? We stopped taking it for a while, then tried it again, and felt really tired again.It could have been a coincidence, or maybe this high of a dosage of Resveratrol, was somehow reacting badly with the grape seed extract complex that we also take? Maybe we were overloadiing in antioxidants?? I don't know if that's even possible... but, we decided just to stick to the grape seed extract complex that we get from Swanson, which I've already given a 5-star review. We have been taking grape seed extract for many years, and I think it may have somethng to do with the fact that I look like I'm in my 30s, even though I am 58.I've heard great things about Resveretrol, but it just didn't suit us for some reason, so we will have to send this one back. I don't want to give up the grape seed extract complex, not when we seem to be getting such excellent results on that.
