Swanson Resveratrol 100 mg 30 Capsules

I like this product a lot! I've been using it for a while now and can feel the difference when I do not take it, my body is sluggish and feel tired. My cardio workouts are more durable too.

Comparing different resveratrol products - docs have suggested good for support of immune response. Have spent a really lot on these products over the years and was pleased to see this was so affordable - on sale was definitely willing to give it a try.

For some reason, stops my night sweats completely. Other brands I've tried don't. Probably a good sign.

I assume this supplement is contributing to the health and proper function of our heart health. So far. so good.

After reading a good bit of information regarding Resveratrol, I decided to give it a try. I tried using it for three months, and noticed improved skin appearance on my hands and around my eyes. I stopped using it for three months, and the skin went back to the way it was previously. Maybe not very scientific but I give a supplement three months to show some kind of physical or emotional response, and then see what happens after three months of discontinued use. This product met those criteria. Knowing that this is something that I will have to take for the long haul is the only reason for the four leaves on the "Value" as it is a more expensive supplement to be taken daily, but with such visible results I'm going to give it a year to see what I see.

I do believe I've noticed a positive difference in how I feel since starting taking this product. Enough so, that I ordered it for a second time. It seems to increase energy, improve mood, and give an over-all feeling of well-being.I will continue to take it (along with my husband) as long as I notice these positive results.

Doctor suggested it for memory; but it's not helping.
