SWANSONS ZINC A GREAT BARGAIN
Swansons' Zinc (Citrate) is a good product , especially for those of us who are vegetarians. It is a nice small size capsule easy to swallow. The price is very good and lower than other companies. I would recommend this product to anyone. Thank you Swansons for carrying this Zinc (Citrate).

Its works just need to take a stool softener as well or eat fruit high in fiber. I'd purchase again.

Citrate the Preferred Form
Citrate is the preferred form for our family as it is supposed to be better absorbed than other forms. We take this every other day. I like giving my daughter (a college student) some for the brain, especially on test days!
