I was struggling with exhaustion and fatigue, I started taking one thermotab in the evenings and it immediately helped. On extra exhausting days, I take one earlier in the day too.

THERMOTABS WORK
I have been using THERMOTABS for over 6 years. I helps me stay functional during the hottest days of summer. I take 2 in the morning, 2 more at lunch, and as I need them during the day. I live in Upstate South Carolina where it frequently goes above 90 If I start to feel completely run down and nauseas midafternoon I swallow a couple more with a full bottle of water(16 oz.) and within 20 minutes I am back in my game. The only negative thing I have to say is "Why do you not sell then OTC in your retail markets?"

Convenient way to have electrolytes on the go
Thermotabs are great for when you're on the go and need some electrolytes (mainly salt). Way more convenient than trying to carry salt packets around plus has a little bit of potassium which is important for maintaining electrolyte balance. It's like Gatorade but without the sugar and artificial flavoring/coloring.
