Haven't been using these long, but they seem to be working. I got these to help combat inflammation in my body due to illness. You take 4pills a day not with a meal. Pretty easy. They do have a strong smell, but nothing horrible.

good clean tablet has no smell or aftertaste noticeable difference and I think I will continue to use it and there's was more than I realized in the bottle so I have a bunch of days worth more than I thought supplements to take so that's a bonus too it's a good price point for what I got
I've used lots of turmeric brands. Most color my food a deep yellow like a food dye. I bought Health Nutrition Naturals brand for the first time due to the low price per dose. Health Nutrition Naturals Turmeric Curcumin Supplement 2600mg, did not add much (very little) color to my food nor is there noticeable flavor from two capsules added to stir-fry. Other than color and taste I have no way of judging the quality or authenticity of the contents of the capsule. SO with the rumored 70% of turmeric on the market being adulterated or imitations. And. While I will not disparage or return this brand, as this is just my opinion. I will not be one of their future customers.
