Great Value, Perfect Service

Annette October 13, 2021

This is from a small town family business, 100% made in the USA, arrived earlier than expected, supreme packaging, and even clear and complete instructions to make 1 (one) egg so you don't have to guess like on all other powered eggs that I have purchased before. I whole-heartedly recommend this company to anyone who wants to stock up for camping or emergency food supplies. Did I mention that they have a new line of Seasoned Scrambled Egg Mixes...and all are priced LESS than the national named brands??? Check them out, you will not be disappointed!

Very good-tasting egg powder

Judy November 24, 2024

I've used these freeze-dried eggs for two meals and so far they are very good. I'm going to use them to make some hemp seed/oatmeal/pecan bars. I whip them with a coffee frothier and they reconstitute just fine. This powder is denser than most as it takes 3 tablespoons of water to two of the egg powder to equal one egg.

Best powder eggs.

Ronald May 17, 2024

These are great powered eggs. I use them to make French toast, scramble, omelets, breakfast casserole. I use them to bake cakes, cookie etc. Not one person has notice a difference. It is best to use 2 tablespoons plus 1/4 cup water. this makes 2 large eggs. Use a mixer for 2 minutes. this put oxygen in the egg mixture. Scramble eggs are best using bacon or sausage grease. I have tried them all my recipes and these are the best. I use crack up everyday.

Plan to order more. Would recommend to everyone!

Russlovesya January 26, 2022

Very good quality product, well packaged. Little pricy but that's expected because the price of eggs has doubled in the last 6 months and the supply chain is broken.
