WinCrest Buttermilk Powder - 2.5 Lb (1.13kg) Tub

I like the fact this product is shelf stable and doesn't require refrigeration, it is easy to use and works very well in my recipes. I would recommend this product to anyone for recipes requiring buttermilk.

Arrived in a timely manner. Order was placed on front porch as noted. No damage. To date I haven't utilized the product.

Love having this on hand when I need buttermilk in a recipe and it is great for making your own ranch dressing mix.

I needed this to have on hand because I do make recipes with buttermilk just generally don't need the entire carton of buttermilk so it ends up being wasted. This is perfect to always have on hand and now that I'm making my own recipe of dry buttermilk ranch dressing it's perfect. I also will be using this to make everyone in my family their own jars of dry buttermilk ranch as Christmas gifts.

Not much flavor. Hard to tell the difference between this and regular powdered milk. My baked goods don't have that buttermilk flavor.
