I like the taste of the mix. it has the spice that I like and it's easy.

I make the Two Alarm Chili by the directions and then make cheese dip with Velveeta Cheese and Rotel Tomatoes and Green Chilies and then mix the two Alarm Chli with the Rotel cheese dip and you have the best chili cheese dip on the planet.

This is the best chili spices I have found. There are 7 different packets in the box. If you like it mild you can leave out the paprika, red pepper and use to taste the chili pepper. If you have friends who like it both ways, you can mix the spices in their bowls and not make it so some can not eat it.

Enough seasonings for 2lbs of hamburger meat. A family favorite! It comes with individual packets of seasonings including red pepper for extra heat. If you like your chili mild you simply omit the red pepper. We always add shredded cheddar cheese and sour cream to our bowl of chili with crackers on the side! Perfect fall weather meal!

We always use Wick Fowler 2 alarm chili mix to make our chili, when we are not making it from scratch. But it's still making from scratch except they do all the measuring for you. We may add some extra seasoning to it, or more peppers and onion etc., but it is always a delicious meal on a cool night.

Package came damaged and the price went up to over $9 for one package.

The masa container arrived open in the first box of chili we opened. It contained mites in it. The outer box was sealed but the masa packet inside was not. Masa and mites everywhere.
