Awesome bread results.
I made bread out of these and it was awesome! The red lentils are softer than the other colors and blend with so many different flavors to make a wonderful high protein bread. So far I have made onion, garlic, and italian. My next project is sourdough, and I am sure from past experiences that it will be awesome.

Great Product
Fast shipping, quality, product, resealable bag…The texture and size of the product is a little different than I used previously but they cook nicely. I would recommend.

Delish red lentils with smooth texture
Very nice. Would buy again. A bit too pricey but surpasses Canadian red lentils. It says the origin is Turkiye or something but I am not sure since Turkiye doesn't produce red lentils anymore. Perhaps they were packed there or perhaps truly rare find.

I purchased three bags. One bag had been torn open and taped up! I couldn't believe it arrived like that. Lentils were spilling out. As far as the lentils go, they are ok. I compared them to Bob's Red Mill and these looked like skimpy, smaller lentils almost like they'd all been cut in half. Also the resealable bag is a headache - the seal doesn't go all the way across so when you try to get the last bits out you have to cut the bag open.
